Minutes of the meeting of October 16th., last, read and ap- proved. City Attorney reported progress on tha Feroe Contract and the same was refered to the Finance Committee for investigatio . Ii. S. & Drg. Committee and the Park Board reported on the im provement of Mill Creek. Application of Davidson Bros. for change of location for bee parlor was presented and allowed. 'Olympicjd Holding Co. made application -for Card Room and Beer ,Parlor at 111 So. First St. which was refered to the License Committee for investigation and report. Matter of the sale of the old furnace boiler for $15.00 was refered to the Finance Committee, with popwe to act.
