Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Boucher
and Councilmen Dunbar , Dunn, Hardy , Miller, Naden, Sells and
Wooden,
Minutes of the last regular meeting, held on the evening of
October 2, last , read and approved.
Clerks report , Treasurers report and the Budget report for
the Month of September presented and filed.
Comunications read from the Assor , the Prosecuting Atty. and
the Auburn City Clerk and filed.
Deed to lot 4 block 7 0. P.
presented and upon motion
approved and ordered signed by _the Mayor and Clerk.
An amendment to the street lighting contract presented by
the P. S. P. & L. CO. , and changing the rate from Tariff 1 ,
Schedule 50 to Tariff 1 Schedule 52 , on our ornamental system,
and to be incorporated .as a rider to contract of June 6th.1933,
was read and upon motion adopted.
Ma.t�er of drain through the Clark place on Titus Street and
the stream through the Canyon Park , was refered to the Drain-
age Committee and the ;Park Board, with Power to Act.
