Minutes of the meeting of September 18th. ,last , read an
-- Ordinanee�s .No . - 649 and 650 , Adopting the Budget, , ndfixing the tax levy, respectively, were read and upon moti
placed upon their final passage and carried by the unanimous
vote of all of the Councilmen present.
The Council went on record, unanimously, in respect to the.
inforcement of the ordinances in reguard to the colection of
water -rents and 'directed that when bills are riot paid promp-
tly the water is to be cut off.
