Minutes of the mee
Report of the Clerk, Treasurer and the Budget report for th
month of April., presented and filed.
The sale Contract of the Auto Park to thm John Leatherdale
and his assigner , holding an option on the same , was presented,
adopted and the Mayor and Clerk were authorized to sign same.
Ordinance ND. 646 , providing for the licensing of Trucks ,
other vehicles , was read and upon motion placed upon its final
passage and carried by the unanimous vote of all of the Council
;nen present.
j No bids having been received for the $15000.00 Sewer Bonds ,
the matter was laid on •the table for Three Weeks and the Clerk
was directed to sell the bonds localally , if possible.
A new boiler for the City Hall heating system was ordered
installed at once , the old boiler having become incapassated.
Upon motion an ordinance was ordered prepared, placing all
licenseli money in the L.I .General Fund, .for the purpose of
taking up Delinquent L.I .D..Bonds.
