and Councilmen Boyker , Dunbar , Dunn, Hardy, Naden & Wooden.
Minutes of the meeting- of April 17th. ,-Last ,read and approved:.
Comunication read from Dept. of Business Control and refer-
ed to the Building Committee and the City Clerk.
An ordinance providing for licensing trucks and veicles was
read and refered to the Police & License Committee.
Application from Kent Kottage Kamp for Class "A" license to
sell beer and light wines was read. and g-ranted.
Upon motion 300 Or 400 feet of the Ild 12" and 1411 water
pipe line was given to the golf club for the digging of it up.
A petition s-igned. by 108 signers and presented by Fred Back,
requesting his reinstatement in the St. Cleaning Dept . denied.
Matter of oiling First St. So. was refered to the St . Com.
to take up with the County.
Upon motion the Engineer was directed to widen out Scenic
Way on two dangerous curves .
A RESLOLUTION for new bridge on E.' 11ighway So . over the
river was authorized and *the Mayor and Clerk directed to sign
the same when prepared.
The Clerk was directed to notify Mrs . Shinn to either repair
or remove sidewalk at corner of Pioneer St . and Railroad Ave. i
