Regula:K Adjurned Reetinb of the 'City Council; present
Mayor Boucher and Councilmen Boyker , Dunbar , Dunn, Jenks ,
Naden &, Wooden; Councilman Hardy coming; in later.
Ordinance No . 643 , declaring an emergency and provid-
ing for the disbursement of not to exceed 115000.00 for
the renewal and replacement of the Trunk Sewer, was placed
i
upon its final passage and carried by the unanimous vote
of all of the Councilmen present .
Shrubery along Scenic 11tay and in the Parking Strips
were declared to be menace to safety and the City Attorney
was directed to notify Messers A. N. Berlin and. IT. M.
Shaffer to that effect and request that the same be re-
moved or trimed.
No further business appearing the meeting , upon motion,
did then adjurn.
