Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Boucher
and Councilmen Boyker , -Dunbar, Dunn, Hardy, Jenks , Naden and
Wooden.
Minutes of the meeting of February 24th. ,last , read and ap-
proved .
City Attorney directed to insure the Feroe place , and upon
motion the contract on the same was ordered canseled.
Comunication from Park Board, in reguard <to clearing timber
from the Canyon Park, was read and upon motion the Board was
authorized in having the park cleared , to such an extent as in
their judgement is th aught to be best .
Ordinance No. 642, declaring an emergency and authorizing
the expenditure .of $$15000.00 for repares on the Trunk Sewer was
read and ordered published and time set for hearing for March
13, 1933-
