and filed.
A stand pipe -for ;fire, .00nection was ordered installed at
the Carmack corner , on the west Highway. 11

bids were for the same price- the contract was' awarded 'tothe
City Transfer Co. for 5cts . per gallon.
Bids on lumber for the No. Central Drain box were opened a

Fir. H. Rice , $14.50 for Cedar and $12.00 per M. for Fir; the
bid was awarded to H. Rice for.$14.50 ,for Cedar lumber. .
A Petition for Street Improvement ,on.So . Third St: was . .
read and refered to the Street Committee for investigation.
