Kent , Washington , November 7 , 1932.
Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Boucher
and Councilmen Boyker , Dunbar , Jenks , Naden and Wooden.
Minutes of the regular meeting of October 17 and the Spec-
ial meeting of October 28 , last , read and approved.
Clerks report and Budget report for the month of October ,
presented and filed.
Claim .of H. V. Guiberson of $50.00, .for distruction of one
apple tree , read and refered to the City Attorney.
Ordinance No. 640 , providing for .the issuance of $15,000.00,
Trunk Sewar bonds , read and upon motion, placed upon its final
passage and carried by the unanimous vote of all of the Coun-
cilmen present.
Contract between the City and Carl Bjork, for further repar-
es and replacement of the Trunk Sewer Syatem, was read and upon
motion, it was made a part of the original contract and the
Mayor and Clerk were authorized to sign the same.
The Clerk was directed to write to the Department of Hydra-
ulics in relation to the rights of the City to appropriate the
water from Lake Sawyer.
Matte? of Light Globe Contract refered to the Light Committe
for investigation.
