Kent , Washington, October 28, 1932.
Special meeting of. the City Council , called to take
]7action in the matter of the repair or replacement of p or-
tions of the trunk sewer; present Mayor Boucher and Council-
men Boyker, Dunbar, Dunn, Hardy, Naden & Wooden.

After a report by the Engineer and after some consider-
ation of the serious nature of the emergency a motion was
made to direct the Engineer and the City -Attorney to pro-
ceed to prepare the necessary papers, plans and contract
for presentation at the next meeting of the -Council , and
Mr. Carl Bj,ork was directed to proceed with the repare of
the sewer under contract agreed upon and to be approved at
the next regular meeting. The motion was carried by the
unanimous vote of the councilmen presenjr.
No further business appearing the meeting, upon mo-
tion did then adjurn.
