Minutes of the meeting of October 3 , last , read and appro-
ved as read.
Clerks report and the Budget report for the month of Sept- '
ember presented and filed.
City Attorney reported on the claim .of Bert Funk for �,650.
damages , recomending that the same be denied , and upon motion
the recomendation of the Attorney was adopted and the claim
rejected.
The . Did of the State of WashinL ton for the $15,000.00 se-we
bonds was accepted at 6% interest and Par.
