Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Boucher
and Councilmen Dunbar , Dunn, Naden and .7"ooden.
Minutes of the meeting of September 19th. last , read and
approved.
Tne City Attorney reported proceedings in Foreclosure pro-
ceedings and presented Treasurers Deed to property foreclosed.
Ordinance No. 636, Adopting Budget for the year 1933 , and
Ordinance No. 639 , Fining Tax Levy for the year 1933, 177ere
presented , react anu upon motion placed upon final passage and
carried by the unanimous vote of all of the Councilmen present
Claim of Bert Funk. for damages in amt. of $650.00, for for-
closure of delinquent assessments , ras read and -refer.ed to
the City Attorney.
The Engineer reported on progress of sever vrork.
