Regular. meeting of the City ,Council;. present Mayor Boucher
and Councilmen Boyker, Dunbar, Dunn , Jenks , Naden & Wooden.
Minutes of the meeting; of September 6th. read and approved
Clerks report and the Budget report for the month of Aug.
presented and filed.
Ordinance 11o . 637 , approving assessment roll for Dist. No.
227 , was read and upon motion placed upon its final passage
and carried by the unanimous vote of all of the Councilmen
present.
Petition for laterial sewer in Original Plat of Kent was
read and refered to the Engineer for investigation and report
at the next meeting.
Upon motion it was ordered that 100 ft . of fire hose be
purchased from the Water Fund and 100 ft . from the Street Fun ,
also the Fire Dept. was authorized to purchase 300 ft . from
the Fire Dept. Betterment Fund.
A RESOLUTION was authorized , calling upon the County and
State to repare the banks of the river south of the City, so
as to prevent overflow and damage to property.
