Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor ]Bouch-
er and, Councilmen Boyker, Dunbar, Dunn , Hardy , Jenks and
Naden.
Minutes of August lot. and Adjurned meeting. of August 8th.
read and approved.
Clerks report and the Budget report for the month of July
presented and filed.
Bids opened from 19 bidders on the replacement of the
trunk sewer . and taken under advisement until Friday evening
August 19th. next.
Claims read and allowed as follows;

Upon motion it was ordered that no more money be spent
on the Canyon Park except by consent of the City Council,
and the Clerk was ordered to notify the Park Board to -that
effect.
No further business appearing the meeting was continued
to Friday evening , August the 19th. next.

Regular adjurned meeting of the City Council; present
Mayor Boucher & Councilmen Boyker , Dunbar, Dunn , Hardy and
Naden.
Matter of the Sewer ' Contract was taken up and upon mo-
tion, regular made and seconded, the contract was awarded
to Mr. Carl Bjork, for the sum of $6240.00, and the Mayor
and Clerk was authorized to sign the Contract .
Upon motion a street light was ordered on the East High-
way, at the Auto Park Enterance.
Petition to install water meters read and refered to the
Water Committee .
Upon motion the meeting was adjurned to Monday evening,
August 29, next .
