ADJURNED REGULAR Nl;ETING OF SHE CITY COUNCIL.
Kent , Vla.shin&on, August Seth. 1932.
Persuant to a' motion passed at the regular meeting of the
City Council , held last Monday evening , adjourning the regular
meeting to this date ,, the Council was called to order at 8
o ' clock p. m. , by Mayor Boucher, with Councilman Boyker, Dunba ,
Dunn, Hardy and Naden Present .
The reading of the minutes was dispensed with and it appea -
ing that ordinance No. 634 , declaring an emergency and providi g
for the- issuance of $15 ,000.00 in bonds for the repladement of
the trunk sewer has been duly published for one week as requir-
ed by law, in the City Official Newspaper, giving notice to th
public of the proposed expenditure and that no protest has bee
filed and no person being present to protest , or object to sai
expenditures , the said ordinance was read and upon motion plat d
on its final passage and carried by the unanimous vote of all
of the Councilmen present .
Ordinance �To . 635, amending ordinance No. 266, fixing mete
rates for rater in the City of hent , vas read and upon motion
placed upon its final passage and carried by the .unanimous vot
of all of the Councilmen present.
