Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Boucher
and Councilmen Boyker, Dunbar, Dunn, Harder, Jenks , Naden and
Wooden.
Minutes of July 18th. last , read and approved as read.
Report of the Finance Committee on depository of City Funds
and openion of the City Attorney read; matter refered to the
Finance Committee for consideration and report at next meeting.
The City Attorney was directed to prepare an� ordinance for
submission, lowering the water rates for- large consumers.
Ordinance No 634, declaring an emergency and authorizing
i
a bond issue of 15,000.00 for renewal of trunk sewer, was read
and adopted and laid over, under the law, till next Monday for
passage.
Hearing on the final roll for sewer district No. 227 , was
set for hearing for September/47, next.
