Regular meeting of the City Council; present ,Mayor
and Councilmen Boyker, Dunbar, Dunn, Hardy, Jenks , NadWooden.
Anutes of the meeting of July 5th . , last , read aned.
Clerks report and the Budget report for the month
presented and filed.
Mayor and Clerk directed to issue deed to Jos. J. Salmon
for lots 26-27-28 , Blk. 4, N. P. Add. for the amt. of $225.00.
Water Main across the back of the Soule property ordered
renewed.
Upon motion the Council accepted the option agreement en-
tered into betr-een the Park Board and Mr. Leatherdale for the
purchase by Mr. Leatherdale of the Auto Camp site.
Upon the recomen_dation of the Engineer and the Sewer Com-
mittee the Contract on Lateral Sewer District No . 227 , was
accepted as finished.
The bid of Mr. Parks for reparing the street lights on ,
Ceptral Avenue No. . for $21 .00 was accepted and the work or-
dered done.
