FF':SOLUTIOIT authorizing the extention and delivery of a con-
tract with Puget Sound Power & Light Co . for furnishing street
lighttIng, visas read and adopted as follolns:
M1'r;I1EAS THY PUGET SOUND POWER & LIGHT CO. has offered to
furnish for a period of ten years , upon the terms set forth
in the following proposed form of contract , to-wit:
STRT:I1'T LIGITTING
NOW, TI-EREFORE, D IT RE,SOLVED by the City
Council of the City of bent , that a contract be entered into
with Puget Sound Power & Light Co. for the furnishing of st-
reet lights upon the terms above proposed, and that the Mayor
be ,and lie is hereby authorized and directed to execute and del- ',
iver on behalf and in the name of the City of heat , and the
Clerk be and he is hereby authorized and directed to attest
such contract and to affix thereto the sea]. of the City of Kezit ',
Ordinance ITo. 632, Calling Special Election to vote $15000.
Sevier bonds , wa.s read and upon motion placed upon its final
passage and carried by the unanimous vote of all of the Coun-
ci linen present.
Ordinance r:o. 633 , repealing Ordinance No. 631 , was read
and upon motion placed upon its final passage and carried by
the unanimous vote of all of the Councilmen present .
Clerks report for the cleaning of St . Lights was presented
and upon motion the Mayor 8- Clerk iras aulliori.zed to enter into
contract with the Waller Drotliers for the cleaning of the lamps ;
for one year , at a price of $125.00 pet year, payable quarterly
The Clerk was directed to turn over to the City Attorney
dlinquent contracts for colection.
The Engineer vrbs authorized to ppurchase a set of City Baps68h (�
at a cost not to exceed $7.00 or �3.00.
