presented and filed .
Comunication from the Supervisor of Ilydrauli cs , reguarding tI e
filing of viater ri �-hts on Rock creek and one from the Fire Dept .
invitation to Chrismas Party Dec . 18, next , read & filed.
Kids on Garage doors opened , but all rejected and t1).e City Erb;.
directed to prepare plans and ST)ecifications for new lads .
Bids for City printing was awarded to the Adver-titer-Journal
for 25 Cts . for First insertion and 20 Cts . for subsequent in-
sertion , it being the only bid received .
Eng. Fallgreen and 11r. Clark reported on conditions at the
springs , and they vrere instructed to proceed vrith the instala-
. tion of two more Ylears on Rock Creek.
