Upon motion Mr. Straub was given permission to make a tempo
ary gravel walk on hazel street , north of 'temperance street.
111 i! Clerk was directed to writh Henry C . Sicade that the matter i
of sale of the Titus springs was refered to the Finance Com. ,
and for him to get in touch with them for particulars as to j
sale or lease . -
Upon motion $300.00 was set aside for water charity, to be
applied on water rents upon approval of the -Water Committee.

Mr . -F. T. Jenks was unanimously elected to the vacancy on
the Council , made by the resignation of Mr. Leach.

A street light was ordered installed by the diet. reservoir
at a place to be designated by the Light Committee,
The City Engineer and 1,4r. Clark reported on findings at the
intake and at Lake, Sawyer.
Upon motion it was decided to take over the filing on Rock
Creek, from Mr. Clark :and $15.00, the exp. incurred, was ord-
ered paid.
?Matter of new doors for the Garage and Store House was , upo
motion, refered to the Building Committee .
