er and Councilmen Boyker , Dunbar , :Dunn , peach, Naden & 7.'ooden.
Miinutes of, the meeting of September 7 , last , .read and ap-
- proved.
Budget report for the month of August presented and filed.
The Clerk was directed to address a letter to the Ross
li
Valve Co. proposing that we trade the new Ross Valve , that
we have for a new Float Valve.
A pettion was read asking for a new Hydrant on Third Ave. ,
So . of Crow Street , which petition , upon recomendation of the
Water Committee , was granted and the Hydrant ordered installed-

Ordinance No . 625 , amending Ordinance No. 197 , vas read
and upon motion placed upon its final passage and carried by
the unanimous vote of all of tale Councilmen present.
