Letters from the P .S.P.& L.CO. and from the Fair Co. read and filed. Resignation of Mr. Stafford as a member of the Park Board was read and the Mayor apointed Mr. A. J. Oliver to fill the vacant which apointment was , upon motion , confirmed by the Council . Protest of the Library Board on Budget Cut was read, no actiol. Budget for 1932 presented as ready for the printer and upon motion adopted and ordered printed. Upon of ory and the recomendation of the City Engineer, the 7'arehou an f lr. Strob was accented. Protest from the Kent Garden Club , prostesting against the cu - tailment of the us* of water for . sprinkling purposes , was read and filed. Upon motion an amendment to the dater rate Ordinance was ord.11, ered prepared and predented at the next meeting. i Some discussion on the question of metering the City was had by citizens of the town , but no action taken.
