Kent , Washington, July 20, 1931.
Regular meeting. of the City Council; present Mayor Boucher and
Councilmen Boyker, Dunbar, Dunn, Ross & Wooden.
Minutes of the meeting of July 6th. last , read and approved.
Clerks report and the Budget report for June presented and filed.
A comunication from the Miller Engineering Co-. read and filed and
Mr. Miller spoke on his recomendations in reguard to the controls
valve , action posponed till Mr. Miller can hear from the Ross Valve Co.
Comunication read from the School Board in reguard to- water rates
and filed.
Resignation was read from. Councilman Thomas A. Bow; also a verbal
resignation was received from Councilman Ed. Ross , account of their
living out of the City, and upon motion both of the resignation were
accepted and Mr. Hardy was elected to fill the place left vacant by
Mr. Bow and Mr. laden was elected to fill the place left vacant by
Mr. Ross.
Matter of the lease or sale of the Auto Park ras refered to the
park Board for consideration and recomendations.
