Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Boucher and Councilmen Boyker; Bow, Dunbar, Leach & Wooden. Councilmen Ross and Dunn coming in later. Minutes of the meeting of May 18, last , read and approved. Report of the Police Department , .for the Month of May, was pres- ented and filed. The outgoing Mayor , Mr. Murker, presented the new Mayor, Mr. Boucher, with a gavel and in a few well chosen remarks introuced him to the Council; Mayor ,Boucher then made the following apointments , which apointments , upon motion, duley approved by the Oouncil. COIItMITIES! POLICE & FIRE: Councilmen Wooden, Bow & Ross Building & Plumbing: " Dunn, Boyker & Leach Streets: " Dunbar, Dunn & Wooden. Health,Sewage & Drg. " Ross , Wooden & Dunbar Light: " Bow, Boyker & Ross Finance: " Leach, Dunbar & Dunn Water: " Boyker, Leach & Bow OFFICERS: Police Chief , F. M. Imhoff; Assistant Chief , T. J. Waller; Fire Chief Charles Bridges; Health Officer, Dr. C. B. Hoffman; Police Judge , Peter Madsen; Engineer, J. A. Fallgreen, Plumbing Inspector, John Reed. LIBRARY BOARD: Anna Fisher, Librarian; Bettie Leeper, Ethel Crow. Pearl Rader, and Mary Sharp. PARK BOARD: R. W. Murker, F. W. Stafford and Frank Phipps. Upon motion the Mayor and Clerk were authorized to waaa• deed to Ellis & Elliott a. parcle of unplated land between Second & Third and between Willis & Crow streets , as per agreement. Comunication from the Kent Carden Club was read and ref eyed to the Park Board. Bid of Hart & Shaughnessy for sidewalk on Clark street was opened but as only one bid received the same was rejected and call for bids ordered published. Upon motion it was ordered that no bids be received from outside biders on the new eater system store house , unless there be less than three bids received from local biders. Matter of cutting grass on the streets of the City was refered to the Street Committee . Councilman Wooden was elected Mayor Pro Tem, by unanimous vote of the Council. Engineer submitted plans and specfications for the new Warehouse and bids were ordered called for ztx±kmxxe0Lt to be opened at the next meeting of the Council , June 15.
