Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Murker and Councilmen Boundy, Boucher , Boyker, Dunbar & Leach. Minutes of the meeting of March 2nd. ,last, read and approved. Clerks report and the Budget report for the month of February presented and filed. Comunications were read from Mrs. Martin and. the Dept. of Public Works, and filed. Mater of water on the East Hill , above the reservoir, was refered to the water Committee for investigation. A petition for tv7o street lights on South Third Avenue was read and refered to the Sight Committee , .for investigation. Upon motion 18 xailroad Crossing signs were ordered purchased, as per comunication from the Department of Public Works . An ordinance Vacating Right-of-Way for Water Line was read and laid over for consideration to next meeting.
