Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Murker and Coun-
cilmen Boucher , Boyker , Dunbar, Leach & Wooden.
11inutes of the meeting; of I'ebruary 16th. , last , read and approved.
Report of the Police Department , for the month of February, was
presented and filed.
i1Don motion the Bal . in the Construction Fund .irras ordered divided
and one half placed in each bank on savings deposit.
THE FOLLOWING RESOBUTION was read and adppted:
BE IT RESOLVED: That the ilayor and Clerk of the .City of Kent , be and
they are hereby authorized and directed to sell to Charles .H. A. La
Vatte , all interest of the City of Kent in the east half of lots 2 &
SBlock 6 of Kent , according to the plat recorded in King County,
tate of Washington, said property being located in said county and
state , for the purchase price -of $150.00, said deed .to be executed .and
delivered upon payment of the said purchase price.
Ordinance No. 620,. providing for the licensing of certain vocations
was read and upon motion placed upon its final passage and carried
by the unanimous vote of all of the Councilmen present.
The Fire Department was , upon motion, authorized to spend $39.00,
for Fire ats. , and the Police Department was authorized to purchase
a sirene traffic signal.
