Regular meeting of the City Council; present mayor Murker and Coun- cilmen Boundy, Boyker, Denbar, Johnson, .Leach and. Wooden.. Minutes of the meeting of January 19th. last , read and approved. Police Report fro January presented and filed. Upon motion the City Attorney was instructed to investigate bill now before the Lagislator , proposing to tax Municipal Utilities 5 of their gross revenues , and to enter protest of the city. Drainage Commi.ttee reported, recomending a drain on east side .of the east highway oposite the Kent Hatchery. Water Committee reported, recomending a Hydrant on Fifth Avenue , as soon as the same can be taken care of . Ordinance No. 619 , amending the Building Coad, Ordinance No. 601 , was read and upon motion placed upon its final passage and carried by the unanimous vote of All of the Councilmen present.
