Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Murker & Council-
men Boucher,- Dunbar, Leach & Wooden.
Minutes of the meeting of January 5, last , read and. approved..
Annual report of the Library Board, for the year 1930 , presented
and filed.
Upon motion it was ordered that the city pay the assessment on lots
11 & 12, block 2, Clarks Second Add. , in Dist. 217 , amounting to
$133 .00. , out of excess money in Dist. 184. the lots being sold to
Mrs . S. A. Brown and this being done to clear title .
Petition for Fire Hydrant at the So. end of Fifth Avenue read and
refered to the Water Committee, for investigation.
Ordinance No. 618 , providing for the protection of City property,
v,as read and upon motion placed upon its final passage and carried
by the unanimous vote of q11 of the Councilmen present.
Election Boards for the February Primary Election, Feb. 10, next ,
were apointed in for the several precincts.
Upon motion the railing and stage doors were ordered removed from
the Council- Chamber.
