Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Murker & Coun-
cilmen Boundy, Boyker, Dunbar,, Johnson, Leach & Wooden.,
Ilinutes of November 17 , last , .read and approved.
Police report for the Month of November presented & Filed.
Street Committee reported_ on Walk on E. Titus street and matter
refered back to the Police & Finance Committee.
Hatter of Insurance on City. Cars & Trucks refered to the Finance ,
and Police & Eire Committes. for investigation.
Upon motion the City Attorney was directed to prepare an ordinance
making the speed of trains inside the city limits not to exceed 25
miles per. hour.
"`atter of the remod)Ieling of the Council Chambers refered to the
Building for investigation.
Comunication from E. C . Fitshenry, reguarding to damage to trees ,
read and filed.
I"atter of drain at E. Titus and Cemetary road refered to the S. &
D. Committee for investigation.
Engineer Miller reported progress on the new water mains and made
explanitions as to extra work and Ect .

Fire Dept. recomended the apointment of Andrew Anderson as a member
of the Fire Dept. in place of Arthur Cook resigned. and upon motion
Andrew Anderson was confirmed as a member of the Fire Dept.
Estimate No. 5 of the American Concrete pipe Co . for $2930.72,
was refered to the Water Committee for investigation.
