Regular meeting of the City Council; present 1.1ayor Murker and Coun- cilmen Boundy,. Boucher, Boyker, Dunbar,, Johnson,, Leach & Wooden. Mlinutes of the meeting; of November, 3 , last, read and approved. Clerks report and the Budget report for October presented and filed. Form of contract vrith C.M.St.P.R.R.Co. , for water mains on their property, read and upon motion tha same was rejected. Petition for St. Light at 7rillis St . and Interurban crossing ras read and upon motion the same ivas ordered. Ordinance No. 615, authorizing bond issue for Local Improvement District No . 226, was read and up6n motion placed upon its final pas- sage and carried by the following vote , Councilmen Boundy, Loyker, Dunbar, Johnson , Leach and Wooden Voting "Aye" and Councilman Boucher voting "No" . Park Board braught the matter of vralk on Titus St. R. , from Smith street to Dr. Roy Ruggs corner , and the same was refered to the Street Committee. A new Ford Truck eras ordered purchased for the Water Dept . for the sum of $756.00. The Engineer recomended a short piece of lateral serer placed from the end of Jason St. along James street to the Alley in block in Blk. 2 , Clarks Second Addition , to take care of the selvage from the houses at the end of the street, and upon motion the same was ordered.
