Regular meeting of the Council; present Mayor Murker & Councilmen
Boundy, Boucher, Boyker , Dunbar , Johnson, Leach and Wooden.
I::inutes of the 11eeting of June 16th. 0 last , read and approved.
Clerks report and the Police report for June presented and filed.
Police Judge presented his resignation, to take effect first monday
in August , which upon motion was accepted.
An invitation was read from the Elks Club , to 'an opening of the
Lake Fenwick club grounds and the opening of the 0. A. Benson road,
.for July ZOth. ,next, at 2 P.11. , which invitation was duly accepted.

A RESOLUTION was presented and adopted as follows , authorizing
the Mayor & Clerk to sign deeds:
