Councilmen Boundy , Doyker, Leadh and Wooden.
Mli lutes of the meeting of July 7 , last , read and approved.
Budget report for April presented and filed.
Tfayor anointed Mr. Peter T1adsen Police Judge , to take the place
of Judge Reynolds , resigned; the anointment to take effect Aug. 1st.
next. Upon inotion the anointment was approved by the Council.
Mr. Ciark reported upon the nrogrees of the work on the Water
Line.
