I.inutes of June 2nd . , last , read and approved .
Clerks report and the DuOget report for the month of I.lay presented
and filed.
The Finance Cominittee reported upon the aprisalof the Property in
Foreclosure proceedings , and upon motion the same ras approved.
Mr. Cottral of the farmers Telephone Co . appeared before. the City
Council in. behalf of tl).eir pole line , and asked for perriis si on to
reset poles on the City property after the water line is laid, v-hich
request was , upon motion duly made and :seconded , granted.
Ordinance I'TO. 607 , fi::ing time of payment of L.I .D.Ponds , v,as read
and upon motion placed upon its final passage and carried ry t•l::e un-
imous vote of all of the Councilmen present.
Ordinance Ido. 608 , amending ordinance Ito. 285, i-ar read and up on
motion placed upon its final nassaE;e and carried by the unanimous
vote of• all of ' the Councilrrlen present.
Upon the recomendations made by 11r. Clark, in reguard to conections
on the nev: vater line , it was re€;ularly 2roved and seconded that the
)ame. be adopted , and tli.e motion was carried unc?nin:ously.
Upon motion the I.'Tayor and Clerk were authorized to sign applica-
tion- for right-of-way on the Co . road.
