Kent, Washington, June 2, 1930.
Regular meeting of the City Council, held in the Council Chambors,
on the above date; present Mayor Murker and Councilmen Boundy, Boyker,
Dunbar, Johnson, Leach and 7looden.
'Minutes of Inlay 19th., last, read and approved.
Police report and health Officers report presented and filed.
Approval was upon motion., given to the C. I.I. & St. P. Ry. Co., to
-place "Wig Wag" signals in 1ueeker street, at their crossing.
Mayor and. Clerk authorized to file claim for eater rights on Lake
Sawyer.
Matter of Sidewalk on South side of Smith street E. Tras refered
to the Stroet Committee for investigation and ren-ort.
Matter of substuting concrete for the 24" wood pipe at the intake
was refered to tlie' 7rater Committee.
U-!:)on motion the 11'ayor and Clerk -•.,as authorized to make and sign
a:�p1ication for tunnel under the 11. P. Ry. Co. tracks.
11-le City Atty. and the Miller Eng. Co. were, upon motion, instruc-
ted to start proceedings for dam sight at Lake Savryer.
