Upon motion the payments on the Coriiuni.t;y Center Contract vas red-
uced from �;,60.00 per T:;.o. to �35.00 per T,?o.
Upom motion regulary made and seconded it was decided that it vrould
I agreeable to the City, for th.e Contractors on the nevi Fife Line to
sublet Unit No. 1 . to Bart and ShanGhuesry.

Third Street Ito. by grading , v,aF! read and adopted as. follow.^,:
IT IS M-12OLVED by the City Council of the City of, Kent , that it
sloes hereby declar its; intention of improving Third street ?-orth, in
]forth Park Addition, from 71inner Avenue to Coal Avenue , by trading
and graveling the said street , and placing therein and thereon an open
ditch and drain, with, such outlet for discharge as niay be adopted by
the City Engineer_ in plans and specifications to be submitted; and
doing such other work as may be necessary in conection therevrith, 0.11
in accordance vrith plans and specifications to be prepared by the
City rrrgineer.
That all persons vrho r.ia- desire to object to the said irnnrovernclit
are hereby notified to appear and. present such objections at a meet-
ing of the City Council to be held in the Council Chambers , in the
City Ball , in the City of I;ent , at 8' o ' clock lr .m. , - on the 7th- day
of July, 1930, 1rhich time and place is her•el)y fixed for the hearing
of all matters relatin[; to the said iri)roveiiient , and all objections
thereto , and for determining the method of paymerit for the said imI)-
rovement. That the City Clerk is directed to the City Council , at or
prior to said date , all data and informal.ion required by laws to be
so submitted. That the cost and expense of the said irn1)r0ver7rent F,Irall
be borne by and assessed against the rt;)r'olrerty liable tYrer•efor as pro-
vided by laver.
