Kent , 'tlishington, May 5, 1930.
Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Murker and
Councilmen Boundy, Boucher, Poyker , Dunbar., Johnson , Leach & Wooden.
Yinutes of April 21 , and Special meeting of April 28, Last,
read and approved..
Police report and the Budget report for April presented & filed.
Claim for payment on bonds , Dist. 193, presented, no action taken.
Deeds for the widening of Third Street No. , in North Park Add.
presented, and a resolution was ordered prepared for the improvement
of Third Street north, along block 4, North Park Addition.
Request of Mr. Gray for drainage at West Willis and Naden, refer-
ed to the Drainage Committee , for investigation.
Upon motion- and unimous vote the contract for the installation of
the new pipe line , from the springs to the City, vas awarded to the
American Concrete Pipe Co. , for the sum of $113,355.40.
Irving C. Clark was apointed bythe Miller Engineering Co . ,
as inspector on the net^ crater pipe line , rhich apointment was appro-
ved by vote of the City Council.
