Regular meeting of the City Council; present ''Mayor Murker
and Councilmen Boundy, Boucher, :Dunbar, Johnson, Leach & Wooden.
Minutes of the meeting of AprfDl 7 , last , read and approved.
Budget report for March presented and filed.
Comunication from .11r. Irving C. Clark, asking for position
on the new pipe line instalation , as Inspector , read, no action
taken,
A petition to hold street dances was read, also one protest-
ing the same was read, and after an openion was given by the City
Attorney, on the legality of street dances , a motion to lay the
matter on the table indefinately prevailed.
Upon motion the Council went on record as indorsing the pro-
position of the South End Disposal Co. , in reguard to the colection
of garbage.
The Clerk and City Attorney were authorized to cooperate
with the Tdiller Engineering Co. in the matter of procuring Right-
of-Flay for the new pipe line.

then adjurn.

Ordinance No. 606 , Authorizing bond issue for Vew Vater Pipe
Line , in amount of $125 ,000.00, v!a.s read. and upon motion placed
upon its final passage and carried by the unanimous vote of all
of the Councilnen present. C�'
