Minutes of the meeting of Feb. 3 , last , read and approved.
Clerk's report and. Budget report for January , presented and
filed..
A motion was made and seconded to close the transaction with
the State for the Pater Rights on Lake Sav,y(-r, it was carried
unanimously.
The Street Committee reported on armings and marquee 's
and decided where one did not interfere with. the street lightings ,
v,as pernissable .
Filing of Chicago , Milwaukee and St . Paul Rail.r•ay Company' s
exceptance of ordinance R604 of the City of Kent.
