Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Yurke.r. and Coun-
cilmen Boundy, Boucher , Dunbar , Leach & Wooden.
Minutes of the meeting; of December 16th. , last , read and a-onroved .
Clerks report and the Police report for December presented and
filed.
Upon motion the Water Committee rv7as given power to act in the mat-
ter of employing assistance for the City Attorney in getting ready for
a special bond election , March 11 , next .
An ordinance regulation the fees for building permits and for Bldg.
inspector was read and refered to the Building Committee for report.

Upon motion it was decided to have the Councy grade up some of the
streets , as per their offer.
The City Attorney was instructed to prepare resolution for ner
sideralk on east Titus Street .
